Ecola State Park requires a standard Oregon State Park access fee. Remember that it is a day-use area only, unless you are hiking the Oregon Coast Trail. Please, keep in mind that some trails and roads might be closed due to the danger of landslides or to repair landslide damage. Pets are allowed in the park but must be on a leash no longer.

Ecola State Park is a nine-mile-long coastal park between Seaside and Cannon Beach along the Oregon Coast. It offers hiking, surfing, tidepooling, and more. William Clark and twelve members of the Corps of Discovery climbed over rocky headlands and fought their way through thick shrubs and trees to get to the whale in what is now Ecola State Park.
